WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Non-Discontinued Product in original packaging within 90 days of Invoice Date
  
• Defective within 1 Year of Invoice Date

PROCESS OF RETURNS:

1. Must be in original packaging (except for defective items)
2. Call our customer service representatives at 800-445-7029 and inquire about RGA.  They will either fax or email RGA form that needs to be packaged with goods. 
3. Mark outside of box with RGA #.
4. Return product and insure against damages.
5. Once product is received and checked credit is usually issued within 7-10 days.
